Co-Owner
Blake Hayes, co-owner of 3-Axis Architecture, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University and quickly made a name for himself as Lubbock’s premier custom home designer. With over 10 years experience and thousands of custom homes under his belt, Blake still focuses heavily on the client experience and building relationships throughout his projects. Whether a residential or commercial project, Blake’s vast knowledge and experience grants him the ability to provide creative solutions to practical challenges.
Tyler Zalmanzig
Architect & Co-Owner
Tyler Zalmanzig, architect and co-owner of 3-Axis Architecture, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University, followed by his Master’s Degree in Architecture from University of Southern California. With over 10 years experience in architectural design in industries such as education, office space, and retail, Tyler’s motivation stems from seeing his clients take a finished project and activate the space. His professional experience across several states coupled with his personal experience of worldwide travel allow him to bring fresh ideas and a new perspective to his clients.
Josh Allen
Design & Project Manager
Josh Allen, designer and project manager at 3-Axis Architecture, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, followed by his Master’s Degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University. Over the last five years, Josh has worked closely on projects in several industries including educational buildings, retail centers, and custom homes. You can trust that Josh will treat your project as his own, offering his clients the same level of care and detail he would expect as a client himself. He understands the ability architecture has to make a positive impact on an individual’s health and well-being, and enjoys problem-testing his designs to find the most suitable outcome.
